## Low Power Two-Wire Ground Fault Interrupter
Description
· Low power controller for AC appliance leakage current interrupters.
· Detects hazardous current paths to ground and triggers SCR for protection.
Features
· Powered from AC line.
· Built-in bridge rectifier.
· SCR interface.
· Adjustable trip current & time delay.
· Minimal external components.
· For two-wire systems.
· Compatible with 110V or 220V systems.

· Pin 2 (VFB): Input of leakage current.

· Pin 6 (Neutral): Neutral input.
· Pin 7 (SCR Trigger): SCR Trigger.
· Pin 8 (C Delay): Delay Time Output.

· Shunt Regulator (Pin 5-4): VREG (I2-3=11μA): 6.1-7.5V, VREG(ILINE=700μA, I2-3=9μA): 6.1-7.5V
· Sense Amplifier (Pin 2-3): Offset Voltage (VOFF): -3.0 to +3.0mV, Input Bias Current (II(BIAS)): 15-30nA, Gain Bandwidth (fT): 3.44 MHz.
