️· 0.5 Watt capability with proper heat sinking
️· Compatible with wire bonding and die attach techniques (excluding solder reflow)
️· Backside is cathode

## Electrical Characteristics

️· Maximum Zener Impedance (ZzT): Ranges from 1000 Ohms to 1200 Ohms (See table for specifics)

️· Note 1: Zener voltage range equals nominal Zener voltage +5% for no suffix types.
