JTAG Synchronization Timing (TCK = 1/8 frequency of ipg_clk) Even though Figure 8-7 illustrates the case where TCK is 1/3 the frequency of the system clock, the actual maximum operating speed of the TCK input is 1/8 the frequency of the system clock.
