Fixed Voltage Reference Enable bit

= Fixed Voltage Reference is disabled

= Fixed Voltage Reference is enabled

FVRRDY:

Fixed Voltage Reference Ready Flag bit(1)

= Fixed Voltage Reference output is not ready or not enabled

= Fixed Voltage Reference output is ready for use

TSEN:

Temperature Indicator Enable bit(3)

= Temperature Indicator is disabled

= Temperature Indicator is enabled

TSRNG:

Temperature Indicator Range Selection bit(3)

=VOUT = VDD - 4VT (High Range)

=VOUT = VDD - 2VT (Low Range)

= Comparator, DAC and CPS module Fixed Voltage Reference Peripheral output is off

= Comparator, DAC and CPS module Fixed Voltage Reference Peripheral output is 2x (2.048V)(2)

= Comparator, DAC and CPS module Fixed Voltage Reference Peripheral output is 4x (4.096V)(2)

ADC Fixed Voltage Reference Selection bit

= ADC Fixed Voltage Reference Peripheral output is off

= ADC Fixed Voltage Reference Peripheral output is 1x (1.024V)

= ADC Fixed Voltage Reference Peripheral output is 4x (4.096V)(2)

Note 1:

FVRRDY is always ‘1’ on PIC16F1946/47 only.

Fixed Voltage Reference output cannot exceed VDD.
