Description
HM1173B integrates an output voltage of 3.0V, LDO with 50mA drive capability, LDO with load The capacity varies with the supply voltage.

Characteristic
● Operating voltage range 2.0-7.0V
● Maximum continuous current 1.2A, peak value 2.0A
● Integrated 3.0V LDO
● Low quiescent working current (typ.50uA)
● Integrated over-temperature protection function;
● SOP8 package

Typical Application
● Motor drive for 2-4 dry battery applications
● Motor drive for 2-4 section Ni-MH/Ni-Cd applications
● Motor drive for 1 lithium battery application
