High Threshold Voltage Accuracy: ±1.5%
Quick Reset within 20μs
Built-in Recovery Delay Time Options: 0ms, 55ms, 220ms and 450ms
Open-Drain Output: Active Low
No External Components Required
SOT23, SOT323, SC59 and SOT25 Packages
Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2)
Halogen and Antimony Free. “Green” Device (Note 3)
