ruggedness and fast switching speed.

• Low Forward Voltage Drop
• Low Tail Current
• RBSOA and SCSOA Rated
• Ultrafast Soft Recovery Antiparallel Diode
• High Freq. Switching to 20KHz
• Ultra Low Leakage Current
