The AWT6103 is a 3.5V power amplifier module for use in Dual Mode AMPS/TDMA handsets.

Since then, ANADIGICS' products and technologies have been integrated into II-VI's portfolio of optical and electronic components for communication networks, industrial lasers, and other applications.
