The µPD703003 is a member of the V850 FamilyTM of 32-bit single-chip microcontrollers designed for real-time control operations. This microcontroller provides on-chip features, including a 32-bit CPU core, ROM, RAM, interrupt controller, real-time pulse unit, a serial interface, an A/D converter, a D/A converter, and PWM signal units.
