(1) In order to meet the start-up time defined in this table, the crystal needs to be selected according to the following equation:
Tsu = K×Lm/ (Ro-ESR) + Δt
where Lm is crystal motional inductance, RO is the negative resistance of amplifier, ESR is the crystal Effective series resistance and K
is a constant which represents the initial conditions. Δt is the time amplifier takes to reach its bias point after power down is released.

5.9.4.1.7 WKUP_LFOSC0 LVCMOS Digital Clock Source
NOTE
WKUP_LFOSC_XO/WKUP_LFOSC_XI - External main crystal interface pins connected to
internal oscillator which sources reference clock provides a clock for low power operation in
deeper sleep modes. For a list of supported low power modes for this device, please refer to
Overview of Device Low-Power Modes section in the device TRM.
Figure 5-23 shows the recommended oscillator connections when WKUP_LFOSC0 is connected to an
LVCMOS square-wave digital clock source. The 1.8-V LVCMOS-Compatible clock source is connected to
the WKUP_LFOSC0_XI pin. In this mode of operation, the WKUP_LFOSC0_XO pin is left unconnected
and should not be used to source any external components.
