The ASMF05R complies with the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) with ±20kV air and ±20kV contact discharge. It is assembled into a 5-Pin lead-free SOT-353 package. The low clamping voltage array make it ideal for use in porta- ble electronics such as cell phones, PDAs, and digital cameras.
