Bypass mode
In Bypass mode (FIFO_CTRL (13h)(TRIG_MODES and F_MODE[1:0] = ‘000’ or ‘100’), the
FIFO is not operational and it remains empty.
Switching to Bypass mode is also used to reset the FIFO. Passing through Bypass mode is
mandatory when switching between different FIFO buffer operating modes.
As described in the next figure, for each channel only the first address is used. When new
data is available, the older data is overwritten.
