Handling Procedures
Please observe the following precautions to avoid

Static Sensitivity
Gallium Arsenide Integrated Circuits are sensitive
to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and can be
damaged by static electricity. Proper ESD control
techniques should be used when handling these
devices.
Evaluation Board
The DC connector on the Designer’s Kit PCB
allows convenient DC line access.
This is
accomplished by one or more of the following
methods:
1. A mating female multi-pin connector (Newark
Electronics Stock # 46F-4658, not included).
2. Wires soldered to the necessary pins (not
included).
3. Clip leads (not included).
