M27500 RC and RE cables

are shielded and jacketed

cables with PTFE tape or extruded FEP jackets,

incorporating MIL-W-22759/11 or /12 wires.

These component wires have extruded PTFE insula-

tion and silver- or nickel-plated copper conductors.

PTFE tape jackets are available with our unique

Seamless Wrap PTFE tape (see page 87 for details).

Voltage rating:

600V.

Temperature ratings:

Cables with /11 component wires and either jacket: -55 to 200˚ C.

Cables with /12 component wires and PTFE jacket: -55 to 260˚ C.

Cables with /12 component wires and FEP jacket: -55 to 200˚ C.

Construction Details

Component wire conductor:

/11 component wires: Silver-plated copper;

/12 component wires: Nickel-plated copper.

Component wire insulation:

Extruded PTFE.

Shield:

Nickel- or silver-plated copper braid, 85% coverage.

Jacket:

Extruded FEP or PTFE tape.

Colors:

Color coded to M27500 (see page 67).

Certiﬁcations also available to NEMA WC27500.
