EN = VIN. Adjustable Option (VADJ > VTH(ADJ)): VIN = 2.2V to 5.5V and IO = 10µA to 3A.
Fixed Options (V
ADJ = GND): VIN = (VO + 0.7V) to 5.5V and IO = 0A to 3A. Values in bold apply over the full operating temperature range.
Exceeding the specifications below may result in permanent damage to the device, or device malfunction. Operation outside of the parameters
