7.1. PIN DESCRIPTION

/CS1

Chip select signal input, Low active.

/RES

Reset signal input, Low active

Data/command select signal input, H: Data; L: Command

When use 8080 MPU, this is active Low and Write signal input pin.

When use 6800 MPU, H: Read; L: Write.

When use 8080 MPU, this is active Low and Read signal input pin.

When use 6800 MPU, this is active High and Enable Clock input pin.

8-bit bi-directional Data bus.

when “P/S=L”, D0-D5 fixed to “H”.

D6 is serial clock input (SCL), D7 is serial data input (SDA).

VDD

Power supply for Positive (+3V).

VSS

Power supply for Ground (0V).

VOUT

DC/DC voltage converter. Connect a capacitor between this pin and VDD

or VSS.

CAP5+

DC/DC voltage converter. When use 6-times voltage converter, connect a

capacitor between this pin and CAP1-.

CAP3+

DC/DC voltage converter. Connect a capacitor between this pin and

CAP1-.

CAP1-

DC/DC voltage converter. Connect a capacitor between this pin and

CAP1+.

CAP1+

DC/DC voltage converter. Connect a capacitor between this pin and

CAP1-.
