WSS Edge Rate Control. Edge rates are proportional to the
frequency of the WSS clock, but can also be scaled by the
WSS_EDGE parameter. Higher numbers indicate faster rise
and fall times on the WSS pulses.

WSS Clock Bypass. Typically this is set=1 in NTSC and 0 in
PAL. =1 Causes the chroma clock to be used as the WSS
clock, =0 forces the local 12-bit WSS clock to be used.
