Description

This Power MOSFET is the latest development of

STMicroelectronis unique "single feature size"

strip-based process. The resulting

transistorshows extremely high packing density

for low on-resistance, rugged avalanche

characteristics andless critical alignment steps

therefore a remarkable manufacturing

reproducibility.
