■ Low saturation voltage

Applications

■ Audio, power linear and switching applications

Description

The devices are manufactured in Planar

technology with “Base Island” layout. The

resulting transistor shows exceptional high gain

performance coupled with very low saturation

voltage. The PNP type is BD238.
