SYNIN (only valid when the sync separator circuit is
not used) and SEPOUT input and output polarity

Specifies the line whose background is to be
changed.
(If the same line is specified to have different
background colors with LNA*, LNB*, and LNC*, then
the setting specified by the last command issued will
be valid. The previously specified registers (LN* and
LP*) will all be reset to 0.)
