On the ST10F269Zx, a decoupling capacitor of 330nF minimum has to be connected

between the pin 17 (named DC2) and the nearest VSS pin.

This is no longer the case for the ST10F272Z2 device where pin 17 is a VDD pin.

PCB must be adapted.
