During deep power-down mode, the contents of the SRAM and registers are not retained. All functional pins are tri-stated in deep power-down mode. In deep power-down mode, all rails can remained powered and supply to the VDDCORE supply can be powered down. In full deep power-down mode, all rails can be powered off and the VDD_AO18 supply can remain powered. 10.14.4 Peripheral configuration in reduced power modes Table 16 shows the peripheral configuration in reduced power modes. [1] The comparator may be on in deep-sleep mode, but cannot generate a wake-up interrupt. [2] Applies to both deep power-down and full deep power-down modes. Table 16.
