For temperature sensors, the temperature must be calculated from the AMUX output voltage as per the

following formula: T(°C) = (VAMUX – VTEMP25) / VTEMP_COEFF + 25.

14.4 Electrical characteristics

TA = −40 °C to 125 °C, unless otherwise specified. VSUP = 5.5 V to 40 V, unless otherwise specified. VDDIO = 3.0 V to 5.5 V, unless

otherwise specified. IAMUX = -1 mA to 1 mA, unless otherwise specified. All voltages referenced to ground.
