Figure 11: Safety Mode Data Processing
The special input ports F-D0* and F-D2* act as 3-level-input pins in Safety Mode. In order to ensure proper
decoding of input data, the voltages must satisfy requirements as specified in below Figure 12 and Table 16
on page 30, respectively.
