The SPC563M64CAL144 (rev.B) can be fitted onto the application printed circuit board (PCB) in place of the standard SPC563M64xx family microcontroller in LQFP144 package. SPC563M64CAL144 (rev.B) hardware is designed to support two standardized tool connectors, allowing a variety of calibration and debug hardware to be connected and reused Figure 1.
