Electrical Characteristics

All limits are guaranteed with VDD = VDD1 = VDD2 = 3.3 V, TAMB = 25 °C. The parameters with min

and max values are guaranteed with production tests or SQC (Statistical Quality Control) methods. If

VDD1 and VDD2 must be sourced by the same 2.97 V to 3.6 V supply. All voltages with respect to

GND.
