A positive number moves the capture widow down and a negative number moves the input capture window up. VPO only has meaning if the ZOOM bit in HCRES is 0. If the value written to VPO is beyond the internally calculated limit, the maximum (or minimum in case of a negative number) will be written back to the VPO register. An external processor can then read VPO to determine if the last value written to VPO was beyond the limit. NOTE: It can take up to 25ms for the internal micro-controller calculates the limits for HPO, VPO, HSS, VSS, HPP, and VPP. These registers should not be read until 10ms after writing to any of these registers. Range: {-32768 : +32767} 2’s Complement Reset Value: 0x0000 |
