113 / 220 page  DocID027603 Rev 4 113/220 ST25DV04K ST25DV16K ST25DV64K RF operations 219 7.6.6 Read Single Block On receiving the Read Single Block command, the ST25DVxxx reads the requested block and sends back its 32-bit value in the response. The Option_flag is supported, when set response include the Block Security Status. The Inventory_flag must be set to 0. Block number is coded on 1 Byte and only first 256 blocks of ST25DV16K-xx and ST25DV64K-xx can be addressed using this command. Request parameters: • Request flags • UID (optional) • Block number Response parameters: • Block security status if Option_flag is set (see Table 70: Block security status) • Four bytes of block data Figure 34.
