MIL-W-22759/7, /8 wire—mineral-ﬁlled PTFE insulation—medium wall

MIL-W-22759/7 and /8

wires have reduced weight,

mineral-ﬁlled PTFE insulation for high-

temperature applications such as aircraft engines,

SWAMP zones, and others where increased abrasion

resistance is required. These wires are reduced-

weight versions of MIL-W-22759/5 and /6.

See page 68 for a selection of M27500 shielded and

jacketed cables incorporating these wires.
