41 / 107 page ![]() HYUNDAI MicroElectronics GMS81C2012/GMS81C2020 MAR. 2000 Ver 1.00 41 R5 and R5IO register: R5 is an 8-bit bidirectional I/O port (address 0CAH). Each pin can be set individually as input and output through the R5IO register (address 0CBH).In addition, Port R5 is multiplexed with Pulse Width Modulator (PWM). The control register R5FUNC (address 0F6H) controls to select PWM function.After reset, the R5IO register value is "0", port may be used as general I/O ports. To select PWM function, write "1" to the corresponding bit of R5FUNC. The control register R5NODR (address 0F9H) controls to select N-MOS open drain port. To select N-MOS open drain port, write "1" to the corresponding bit of R5FUNC. R6 and R6IO register: R6 is an 8-bit bidirectional I/O port (address 0CCH). Each port can be set individually as input and output through the R6IO register (address 0CDH). R67~R60 ports are multiplexed with Analog Input Port. The control register R6FUNC (address 0F7H) controls to select alternate function. After reset, this value is "0", port may be used as general I/O ports. To select alternate func- tion such as Analog Input, write "1" to the corresponding bit of R6FUNC.
