Interfaces: LQFP vs. LFBGA

The STA680 interface set depends on the package option selected, the LFBGA giving the

maximum flexibility where the LQFP package has a slightly smaller set of interfaces, due to

its smaller pin count.

The differences between the two package options are detailed in Table 5.
