Thermax 750 wire—ultra-high temperature (750˚ F), abrasion resistant

Thermax 750

wires have a non-asbestos, ﬂexible

insulation system composed of an inorganic

dielectric and fused PTFE (Polytetraﬂuoroethylene)

tape, with a jacket of braided PTFE-coated glass

with PTFE saturant.

This construction is designed to withstand

mechanical abuse, plus moisture and ﬂuid

exposure, as well as extreme high temperatures.

This industrial lead wire is designed for use in

applications such as process-control equipment,

ovens, boiler, furnaces, and others where high-

temperature performance and reliability are critical.

399˚ C (750˚ F).

Jacket:

Braided PTFE-coated glass with PTFE saturant.

Outer: fused PTFE tape;
