M27500 TE and TF cables

are shielded and

jacketed cables with extruded ETFE (Ethylene

Tetraﬂuoroethylene) jackets, incorporating

MIL-W-22759/16 or /17 wires.

These component wires are insulated with

extruded ETFE, and have either tin-plated copper or

silver-plated high-strength copper alloy conductors.

Voltage rating:

600V.

Temperature rating:

-55 to 150˚ C.

Component wire conductor:

/16 component wires: Tin-plated copper;

/17 component wires: Silver-plated high-strength

copper alloy.

Component wire insulation:

Extruded ETFE.

Shield:

Tin-plated copper braid, 85% coverage.

Jacket:

Extruded ETFE.

Colors:

Color coded to M27500 (see page 67).

Certiﬁcations also available to NEMA WC27500.
