DC CHARACTERISTICS OVER COMMERCIAL OPERATING RANGE Notes: a The LCS/ONCE0, MCS3–MCS0, UCS/ONCE1, and RD pins have weak internal pullup resistors. Loading the LCS/ONCE0 and UCS/ONCE1 pins in excess of IOH= –200 µA during reset can cause the device to go into ONCE mode. b Current is measured with the device in RESET with X1 and X2 driven, and all other non-power pins open but held High or Low. c Power supply current for the Am186EMLV and Am188EMLV microcontrollers, which are available in 20 and 25 MHz operating frequencies only. d Testing is performed with the pins floating, either during HOLD or by invoking the ONCE mode.
