If the program operation fails on a protected memory region or locked OTP region, this bit will also be set. This bit can be the failure indication of one or more program operations. This fail flag bit will be cleared automatically after the next successful program operation. Erase Fail Flag bit. While an erase failure happened, the Erase Fail Flag bit would be set. If the erase opera- tion fails on a protected memory region or locked OTP region, this bit will also be set. This bit can be the failure indication of one or more erase operations. This fail flag bit will be cleared automatically after the next successful erase operation. Table 10.
