This register allows the default function of the LED_0 pin to be overridden.

0000: default function, LED_0. When configured for MII MAC interface with EEE advertisement

disabled from the hardware configuration pins, the default function is COL. When configured for

MII MAC interface with EEE advertisement enabled from the hardware pin configuration, the default

function is TX_ER. In all other cases, the default is LED_0.
